Shipping
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times and costs depend on the size and weight of the item and will be shown at checkout before you pay.
3D-printed items are made to order where noted on the product page, so these may take slightly longer to dispatch – the product page will tell you if this applies.
Returns
If an item arrives faulty or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll sort out a replacement or refund.
Custom/made-to-order 3D-printed items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, but faulty items are always covered.
